Pets are loyal and lovable, and offer us unconditional devotion. They bring out our instincts for nurturing; we feel needed and relied upon. Our stress levels decrease, we feel accepted just as we are with no judgments.

It is often one of the most valued relationships a person can have. While we as individuals may feel a variety of emotions, pets don’t have mood swings or meltdowns. They allow us to hold, stroke, groom, or just play with them, and are very good listeners! For most pet owners, the relaxation our animals provide us by just being there as our friend, enriches our daily life and allows us to go on with the tasks of living.
